Why we collect it and how we use it

Your details are used for one purpose only: so Paul can get back to you to arrange an appointment, discuss whether chiropractic care is right for your complaint, and answer your questions about booking and pricing. This is our legal basis for processing your data: taking steps at your request before a possible treatment contract.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who can see your information

Appointment requests are stored securely in the website's database and are visible only to Paul Morrison. Site visitors can never view, change, or delete other people's requests. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If you would like your request deleted sooner, just ask using the contact details above and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under European data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its processing. To use any of these rights, contact Paul by email or phone and he will help you promptly.

Health information

When you describe an injury or complaint, you are sharing health information. Please only include what you are comfortable sharing; a short description is enough to get the conversation started, and anything more detailed can be discussed directly with Paul at your appointment.
